How do I receive my rank or subscription after purchase?
Your rank or subscription is delivered automatically in-game by the CyanRealms plugin. If you are online when you purchase, it applies immediately. If you are offline, it will be applied the next time you join.
What username should I enter at checkout?
Enter your exact in-game Minecraft username — this is case-sensitive and must match the name you use to join the CyanRealms server.
Do I need to buy a permanent rank to unlock perks?
No. Cyan Realms provides core permanent rank perks to all players by default, without requiring any payment. From the moment you join and progress, you gain access to features commonly locked behind paid ranks on other servers — including zero cooldown teleport, free kits, PlayerVaults, colored text on signs, multiple /sethome slots, the /hat command, and other quality-of-life features unlocked through gameplay.
What are Honorary Ranks and how do I get one?
Honorary Ranks (Vanguard, Archon, and Sentinel) exist to honor players — not to sell power. They are determined by an automatic, stats-based system that evaluates long-term contribution including activity index, playtime, voting activity, community impact, player support, behavioral history, and long-term exceptional contributions. You cannot purchase them. Behavior and community impact carry the most weight. The system runs continuously and is monitored by the Staff Team.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Donations and purchases are considered gifts and are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you have a delivery issue (rank or item not received), please open a ticket on our Discord and staff will resolve it manually.
What happens if I request a chargeback?
Requesting a chargeback through your bank or payment provider will automatically flag your account as fraudulent, resulting in a permanent ban. Since refunds are not possible, please do not initiate chargebacks. If you have a concern about a donation or purchase, open a support ticket in our Discord instead and staff will assist you.
Do subscription ranks auto-renew?
No — subscription ranks are one-time purchases that grant access for the stated period. You will need to re-purchase when they expire.
I purchased the wrong item. What do I do?
Contact staff via the Discord ticket system as soon as possible. We may be able to swap the item depending on the situation.
Honorary Ranks
Honorary Ranks are earned through long-term contribution and cannot be purchased. They offer extra perks, prestige, visual distinction, and recognition as a symbol of trust — and are permanent unless revoked for severe misconduct. Recognizes players with exceptional community impact, sustained helpfulness, and outstanding contribution over time.
